The goal of this package is to create a benchmark for your workout and health routine and to help us create a plan from these first 9 sessions!
We will start with a personal training session so we can see where you are beginning physically. Then you will go home with a form to fill out, and we will go through it in a health coaching session the following day, before your next personal training session.
