Private Sessions are available starting Mid June 2025

Looking to build strength, move with intention, and feel amazing in your body? I offer personalized 1:1 and small group training sessions in my private Mount Pleasant gym, where you'll experience a unique blend of mat-based strength Pilates, yoga, and resistance training using bands and weights.

Whether you're just starting your movement journey or looking to deepen your practice, I’ll meet you where you are—with supportive coaching, smart programming, and a focus on functional, feel-good movement.

Your First Visit

In our first session, we’ll take time to talk through your goals, your current routine, and what kind of movement lights you up. From there, I’ll tailor a fitness plan that’s realistic, sustainable, and aligned with what you want to achieve. We’ll also decide how many days a week you'd like to train together to help you get there. *The first session is offered at a discounted rate of $55 for a 45-minute session or $30 per person for groups of 2 to 3.

Got a Baby in Tow?

You’re more than welcome to bring your little one along! Feel free to bring a pack-and-play, bouncer, or whatever makes your baby feel at home. This is a judgment-free space where moms can move, sweat, and feel good—without needing to find a sitter.
